Expansive Expressions' mindset work is NOT about toxic positivity. At all.

We root our thought work in truth-grounding, in making room for allllllllll the emotions, and in deconstructing the harmful messaging imposed on us by the systems of oppression that raised us. This is especially essential work for those of who are late-identified Autistic, ADHD, and other neurodivergences. Because we lived so much of our lives without key information about ourselves, those gaps in knowledge were filled in by assumptions, interpretations, and harmful narratives of others. A core part of our identity work is nurturing/healing our relationship with self, and that begins with how we think about ourselves and talk to ourselves internally.

Everything is connected. You may find prompts and practices in this workbook that you haven't traditionally seen paired with mindset work. That's because we do things differently.
